• Contact appropriately matched placement options to determine availability and validate fit within the curriculum and/or milieu

Fine-tuning for Placement

• Walk parents and students through choices and discuss varying approaches for each

Review of Options

• Assist parents in determining logistical options for transition planning

Logistical Assistance

• Hold parents’ hands through the process of pursuing that educational path

Hand-Holding & Coaching

• Track the student’s progress with school/program administration, academic and support staff
