We will conduct a comprehensive intake on the telephone to best understand if/how we can help and explain further how we work, what makes for a successful process and how our fees are structured. If we feel we cannot help, we will always provide a more productive direction before ending our discussion.

Here are some items needed in order to get started:

• Transcripts from all schools attended in recent years, including teacher comments, if available
• Copies of any testing, including standardized (SSAT, SAT or TOEFL, etc.) and individualized tests (Educational, Psychoeducational, Neuropsychological, etc.) if available
• Copies of any IEP's, 504 plans or any other plans outlining special school accommodations and/or modifications to the curriculum.
• Chronological history of child or young adult, including all schools attended, any psychological history with contact names, any hospitalizations, suspensions or expulsions from school, and precipitating events that led you to inquire about our services
• Writing sample in student's own handwriting or, if applying to college or graduate school, a graded English paper
• Recent photograph, if available
